How do I change my personal details?

Update your contact details in Internet Banking.

Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking.

Step 2: Select ‘My Settings’.

Step 3: Update your postal address, phone number, and email address.

For other personal details, (e.g. name, marital status, and taxation status), complete the Personal details change request form and return to us.

Note regarding Allianz and Zurich policies: Please be aware that updating your residential address through our Internet Banking will not automatically update your details for any Allianz General Insurance policies or Zurich Life Insurance policies.

To change your residential address for Allianz policies please contact us.

To change your residential address for Zurich policies please contact Zurich on 13 15 51 or log onto "My Zurich" at https://www.zurich.com.au/personal/my-zurich.html

 

Alternatively you can complete the Personal details change request form and email to us at [email protected].
