Logging in to internet banking

You can log in by using a computer, tablet or smart phone by visiting www.hpbank.com.au

The button to log in to Internet Banking is located at the top right hand corner of every page on the desktop site.

What is an access code?

An access code is your password to internet banking.

What if I forget my access code?

If you have forgotten or misplaced your access code, you can reset it via Internet Banking. You will need to have an active Visa card linked to your account. Find out how to reset your Access Code. Alternatively, speak to us via web chat 8.00am and 5pm, weekdays.

SMS and alerts

You can easily monitor your account activity with our unlimited SMS alerts. This way you’ll know when deposits have been made to your account, when your balance has changed or when your payment is due on your credit card or overdraft – you set them up to meet your needs and make your banking easy.

You can nominate to receive an SMS when your account exceeds or falls below a nominated amount or when deposits are made to your account.

Future Payment alerts

You can nominate to receive an SMS when a nominated Future Payment has been unsuccessful due to insufficient funds in your account. 

Overdraft account alerts

You can nominate to receive an SMS when your overdraft is due for payment, when the limit has increased or decreased or when the owing balance exceeds or falls below a nominated amount.
