How to switch to online statements
Switching is easy
You can do this anytime, any day through Internet Banking2.
Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking
You were automatically setup for Internet Banking when you joined the Bank.
Click on the Internet Banking button on the top right corner of your screen. Log in to Internet Banking with your access code as you normally do.
If you’ve forgotten your access code, you can reset your access code via Internet Banking.
If you need help to get started with Internet Banking, contact us on 1800 472 265 and press Option 4 then Option 2.
Step 2: Switch to electronic statements
For a simple step by step guide, follow these 5 steps to change your preferences to online statements.
1. Go to the Account Activity menu
2. Select Communication preferences
3. Select the statement type
4. Select Electronic
5. Click Submit.
